This is the story of Timothy Tabbycat and Willie Straw. When they hear that Phoebe the Hare has been stolen from the Moon, they set off to find her. You can see the Moon looking so sad. The two friends find themselves in all kinds of danger, as they encounter two wicked witches and one enormous green dragon. With the help of a bottle of magic blue potion and a little duck called Deborah, they find Phoebe, but she is in grave danger. Will she ever find her way back to the Moon?
